| Leading Design: |
- Torenna understands the requirements of the cow, and this is implemented throughout the “flexible” Torenna Free Stall system. Importantly there are no opportunities for entrapment, and no barriers to the cow’s natural movement—especially low horizontal bars where the cow stoops her head when lying and rising. While the system is physically flexible, it is also fully adjustable to accommodate all herd sizes.
|
| Floating Neck Rail: |
- The neck rail guides the cow, limiting her advance into the stall. When she rises, it can become a painful obstacle. The Floating Neck Rail was developed to float on contact as the cow lies and rises, removing trauma and potential injury while encouraging natural behaviours—especially for larger cows. This results in cows resting more naturally, improving their welfare and milk production.
|
| Flexible Dividers: |
- Torenna Free Stall divider rails are made of rigid heavy-duty non-conductive polymer piping, which flexes under the cow’s weight. This allows cows to borrow fractional space from neighbours without discomfort. The stall adapts to the cow’s size, encouraging longer resting periods and promoting natural behaviours.
|
| Fully Adjustable: |
- The Torenna Free Stall system provides multiple adjustment options, enabling farmers to fine-tune the stalls for specific herd needs. The system’s adaptability makes it a sustainable, low-risk investment. It’s also easy to assemble, making DIY installation a cost-effective solution.

| Steel Posts: |
- The system is mounted on heavy-duty galvanized steel posts, securely fixed to concrete using traditional screws. These posts are built to withstand corrosive barn environments. Hot-dip galvanizing ensures long-term durability, supporting your investment for decades with proper barn management.
|
| Extensive Product Range: |
- Torenna offers a wide variety of configurations for new or existing barns—head-to-head, against walls, or custom layouts. The Torenna Penning system integrates seamlessly with Free Stall setups, saving time and cost, and supporting future expansion around milking robots or changing layouts.
