Product Details

VIRGIN RUBBER:
  • Constructed using virgin rubber, minimal recycled rubber and other natural compounds rubber for a consistent, robust, flexible, non-porous, water resistant, anti-bacterial and non-slip surface, making for a comfortable, easy clean and hygienic bedding surface.
REINFORCED:
  • The continuous rubber roll is reinforced for durability with an industrial grade nylon mesh to resist deformation from use and thermal factors to maintain the desired formation ensuring and longevity of service life.
SEAMLESS TOP SURFACE:
  • Seamless/Continuous top surface means no joints, gaps or jointing profiles, therefore no accumulation of entrapped unwanted debris on the bedding surface, the continuous top surface allows for stall cleaning to be streamlined and requires no additional costs for installation.
NON-SLIP SURFACE:
  • Non-slip, non-abrasive and flexible surface texture, proven to be agreeable for the cow’s skin, and allows for confident footing and natural behaviours while eliminating the risk of lameness, joint and hock injuries.
STUDDED BASE:
